Duration – 12 Days/ 11 Nights
Best Season – Round the year
Delhi – Amritsar – Dharamshala – Pragpur – Manali – Kullu - Shimla – Chandigarh – Delhi.
The tour is a very good combination of Pilgrimage and cultural heritage. Starting in Delhi we cover cultural heritage sites of Delhi and then move on to Amritsar to see more tham three centuries old Golden temple, the holiest place in Sikh religion. From there we move on to the abode of Dalai Lama in Dharamshala. After a three day tour of places around and tea gardens of Palampur we proceed towards Manali, The mini Kashmir of India. Then we travel to Kullu famous for its Dushhera festival and then to Shimla (erstwhile summer capital of India, during British rule). The old heritage hotels and buildings blended with the 21st century architecture makes it an exotic destination nestled in central Indian Himalayas. After that we visit Chandigarh known for its Rock Garden (made of all ceramic waste). One has the option of doing white water rafting if you come during winter season.
