Yoga is a part of the ancient life-disciplines that have been practiced in India for centuries. Yoga finds mention in the scriptures of the Vedas and Upanishads. Yoga is the science of the union with the Divine, with Truth. Yoga is an art of living a healthy, balance, peaceful and contented life. Yoga being a total integrated system, studies in wholeness body, mind and spirit and is integrated to certain principles, ideas, values, attitudes and a way of life for personal and social benefits.

AYURVEDA

Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that operates in tune with nature, Making it a more holistic and natural healing technique that believes, in treating the individual rather than the disease. It is not only a system to cure disease but the system teaching us how to achieve ' Better and Improved Health'. Most of us believe that our present level of physical and mental activity cannot be improved. However Ayurveda, the 3000 years old, Indian system of medicine prescribes time tested and trusted methods to improve your physical and mental activity irrespective of the age group. Ayurveda has a global acceptance today and is the only system of medicine in the world which has methods to totally rejuvenate the body and mind.

When it comes to Ayurveda, Yoga or Meditation, the first place that comes to our mind is Kerala. When it comes to rejuvenating yourself, there's no better destination in India than the Backwaters of Kerala.

Duration: 10Days/ 09 Nights

Day 01: Delhi – Trivandrum
Transfer to the domestic airport to catch a flight for Trivandrum. On arrival transfer to hotel. Day free for sight seeing. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Trivandrum-Periyar
After breakfast in the morning leave for Periyar. On arrival transfer to hotel. In the evening go for an elephant safari or just relax. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Periyar
After an early breakfast go for a jeep safari in the Periyar wildlife sanctuary, famous for Asian elephants and tigers. After lunch go for a hike in the sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Periyar-Kovalam
After a late breakfast leave for Kovalam. Transfer to hotel on arrival. Evening free for local sight seeing. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Kovalam
In the morning go for a yoga and meditation session. After a sumptuous breakfast go for  an Ayurvedic herbal massage for a rejuvenating experience. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Kovalam
In the morning participate in an early morning yoga and meditation session. After  breakfast visit the Ayurvedic center for another session of an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. After lunch tour the attractions of the Trivandrum City. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Kovalam
In the morning go for another yoga and meditation session. After breakfast  go for another session of the Ayurvedic treatment therapy at the Ayurvedic center. Later in the evening go for a boat cruise on Thiruvallam backwaters. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Kovalam
After a yoga and mediation session, early morning have breakfast and then another session of an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage.  After lunch visit Kalari, the traditional Kerala health and body care center. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Kovalam
In the morning participate in an early morning Yoga and Meditation session. After breakfast go for a vigorous Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. After lunch go on an excursion to Kanyakumari to view the panoramic sunset. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Trivandrum- Delhi
In the morning transfer to Trivandrum airport to catch a flight to Delhi. Tour ends on arrival.
